Farmers and supportive members from Eel River CoB and Manchester CoB have been discussing developing a project through Foods Resource Bank, an ecumenical effort to combat hunger around the world. Dave Sollenberger recently produced a dvd which gives an orientation to the project that links agriculture in North America with sustainable agriculture projects in developing areas supported by the Global Food Crisis fund. Come here about this effort and how it may become a reality in our local community.
